Responsibilites
Manage accounts to achieve guest satisfaction and to solicit past and new business to ensure all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded.
Responsible for soliciting new group sales accounts and maintaining relationships with existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals in food & Beverage
Extensive Catering, Group Sales, Guest Referral and Rack Experience is required.
Solicit new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals through telephone prospecting, outside sales calls, site inspections and written communication.
Maximize revenue by selling all facets of the restaurant, both orally and in written form to previous, current and potential client.
The ability to go out into the community and grab the business and bring it to our restaurants
Experience reaching out to your contacts, relationships, and networks to generate business
Your rolodex-we?ll want to see your contact list and current clients who you have proven success with
Ability to plan an event and see it through to the end-Loves being ?in the mix?
Experience with every kind of event from 10 to xxxx people
Able to work within a budget and not scared of the pressure to meet your sales goal
Ability to work well with others
Passion to be the best and make everyone around you better!
Requirements:
Degree Preferred
Sales and Marketing industry relationships and networks (corporate, music, group tour, media, association)
Proven successful sales and marketing initiatives
Strong verbal and written presentation skills
Effective impacting and influencing skills
Ability to travel (valid passport required)
Financial acumen to see creative opportunities and operational needs
Prior successful brand management experience
Prior successful management experience
Strong Basic Software competencies/ Excel, Word, PowerPoint
